    饮食健康小贴士

    饮食健康小贴士:
    1.清晨饮用热水(最好挤入几滴柠檬汁)
    2.不要洪水泛滥(在饭前或饭后30分钟饮水,不要在用餐时饮水)
    3.细嚼慢咽(直到食物液化才下咽)
    4.在心情平静时用餐
    5.食物不要太热也不要太冷
    6.装饰盘子(菜要色香味俱全)
    7.食物交替食用(不要每天重复吃同样的食物,每隔四天再食用同种食物)
    8.听自己身体的呼声(食用自己渴望的食物)
    9.酶!(多食发芽的种子、生蔬菜、水果、坚果)
    10.早餐要吃饱吃好
    11.不要在夜间进食(最后一餐安排在睡前几小时)
    12.选购属于十字花科植物的蔬菜(如卷心菜、西兰花、菜花等)
    13.饮用绿色蔬菜汁
    14.注意食物搭配(水果+肉类/鱼类=胀气,单独食用水果=没有胀气)
    15.按摩肾部(每天入睡前进行)
    16.擦身(洗澡时在进入浴盆或淋浴前,拿浴巾用热水浸湿,从脚开始一直擦到躯干和胳膊,总保持冲向心脏方向。此举动可增强免疫力。)
    17.干刷皮肤(用干燥体刷刷自己的皮肤,每周一次)
    18.早睡(晚上十一点前入睡)
    19.无为(每天清晨用5分钟时间发呆,什么都不做)

    除了一点点小细节,大部分我还是做不到的。
    有极其坏的不适合女孩儿养生的晚睡晚起的坏毛病。
    吃什么都爱跟水果混着吃。尤其是晚上睡觉前,每天都撑得难受,不吃就会特别特别饿。
    坏习惯一大包啊,呵呵。
    看你的养生经,看来我真的要稍微赶紧一下下了。。。。。。
